Review of completions

Onshore:

• Re-location of the largest stainless steel scrap company (Jewo Metaal) from the center of Rotterdam harbor to the Europoort, including obtaining the required licenses for environment and construction, for German interest.
• Co-ordination in all aspects including obtain all required licenses for the first offshore construction (24.000 ton of steel weight) demolition in the Rotterdam area, in close cooperation with the Authorities of Port of Rotterdam.
• Re-location of a specialized offshore construction company (Huisman Itrec) from the Spaanse Polder to Schiedam, including building supervising, obtaining all required licenses for Dutch interest.
• Modification of a highly sophisticated asphalt production plant including the required licenses.
• Supervising the largest heat recovery installation ever built in the Netherlands(18 MW), Kapelle Biezelinge Zeeland, contractor: Deutz motoren
• Co-ordination of the relocation of one of the largest crane operators, (Mammoet) including but not limiting all required licenses.

Offshore:

• Conversion of pipe lay barge for Dutch interest, Dutch Yard.
• Building one of the most sophisticated well servicing vessel for American Interest, Singapore Yard.
• Conversion of the Amethyst 1 Dutch interest, UK Yard.
• Commissioning of a Semi Sub Vessel, Dutch interest, Malta Yard.
• Co-ordination of building – installation and commissioning of a J-Lay tower on board of the Saipem 7000, Italian interest, Dutch Yard.
• Increase capacity Hoorn Production Gas Platform, installation of compressor unit Halfweg Gas Platform, American interest (Unocal)
• First and second major conversion of self propelled 3000 ton crane barge, Rambiz, Belgium interest, Dutch Yard,

Marine:

• Building one of the largest deep sea trawlers, Dutch interest, Spanish Yard.

• Building 6 trawlers, one tugboat, Dutch interest, Polish Yard.
